Ingredients:
1 whole Chilean nectarine, pit removed
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 heaping cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1/2 cup coconut water optional honey for sweetness, as needed

Instructions
Blend all ingredients, taste for sweetness and add honey to your liking. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies
